Welcome to Amrotech. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please review them carefully.

2. Use of Website

By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates these terms.


3. Product Information & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our listings current; however, stock levels may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept:

      • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

      • PeachPayments (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Mobicred, Payflex, ZeroPay)

      • Cash on Delivery (Durban only, select areas)

    Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.


    5. Order Processing & Delivery

     

    Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1 business day

    Delivery Time:
    Delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on location

    Total Estimated Delivery:
    2–4 business days

    Shipping Cost:

    • Free delivery on orders over R1000
    • Flat rate of R139 for orders under R1000

    6. Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. A 1% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing charges, depending on the payment method used.


    7. Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)

    We accept returns for non-defective products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:

        • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

        • If the device is returned and not in the condition it was recieved in (factory seal, original packaging with all original items included in the box) a percentage fee penalty will be deducted from the refund amount depending on the condition the device is returned back to us.

        • Amrotech is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

      8. Defective Products & Warranty

      Notify us within 48 hours of discovering any defects. Depending on the situation and the manufacturer’s warranty, we may offer:

          • Repair

          • Replacement

          • Refund

        If the defect is due to misuse or falls outside the warranty, no assistance will be provided.
        Amrotech does not handle warranty claims directly but can refer you to an authorized service center or assist on your behalf (may take 2–3 weeks).


        9. Bulk Orders

        Bulk purchases are non-returnable unless proven defective. Contact us for more info prior to ordering.


        10. Limitation of Liability

        Amrotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.


        11. Changes to Terms

        We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website indicates your acceptance of any changes. Please review this page regularly.


        12. Governing Law

        These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and are fully compliant with:

            • Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

            • Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA)

            • Google Merchant Center Misrepresentation Policy
