2. Use of Website
By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates these terms.
3. Product Information & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We strive to keep our listings current; however, stock levels may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.
5. Order Processing & Delivery

Shipping Cost:
- Free delivery on orders over R1000
- Flat rate of R139 for orders under R1000
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. A 1% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing charges, depending on the payment method used.
7. Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for non-defective products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

All original accessories, manuals, cables, packaging materials, and items included in the box must be returned.

Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return courier costs unless otherwise stated in writing by Amrotech.

Original delivery fees, if charged, are non-refundable.

If a product is returned used, damaged, incomplete, missing accessories, or not in the condition in which it was received, Amrotech may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover the reduced resale value or missing items.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
8. Defective Products & Warranty
Customers must notify us as soon as possible after discovering a defect, preferably within 48 hours of identifying the issue.
If a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, Amrotech will assist with a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund in line with the product warranty terms and applicable South African consumer law.
Where the return is due to a confirmed defect, incorrect item, or error by Amrotech, Amrotech will cover the reasonable return courier cost.
Products damaged through misuse, neglect, unauthorised repair, physical damage, liquid damage, or use outside the manufacturer’s warranty terms may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or free return shipping.
Amrotech may refer customers to an authorised service centre or assist with a warranty claim on the customer’s behalf. Warranty assessments and repairs may take approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the product, supplier, or authorised service centre.
9. Bulk Orders
Bulk purchases, special orders, or business-to-business purchases may not qualify for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed in writing. This does not affect a customer’s rights where a product is confirmed to be defective, incorrectly supplied, or damaged in transit.
10. Limitation of Liability
Amrotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website indicates your acceptance of any changes. Please review this page regularly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and are fully compliant with:
