Shipping Policy

At Amrotech, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your items will be delivered.
1. Order Processing & Handling
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
If we experience unexpected delays due to high order volumes or any unforeseen occurrences, you will be notified by email and be given an ETA.
2. Delivery Timeframes:

- Main City Areas: 1–2 business days
- Outlying/Rural Areas: 2–3 business days
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your total amount in cart.
All Shipments are insured and covered by us
- Standard delivery: R139
- Free delivery on orders over R1000
3. Delivery Methods
We work with trusted national courier services, including:
- The Courier Guy
- Fastway Couriers
- If you are in Durban we can make arrangements to get the device to you on the same day depending on confirmation and time of order.
Delivery methods offered may include standard, express, or overnight, depending on your region and availability. (we will always choose the most reliable and efficient type depending on availability)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Use this number to track your delivery status in real time via the courier’s website.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
All orders are shipped with insurance.
If your parcel is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
We will handle in opening a claim with the courier and offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts & Return Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for:
- Return courier charges
- Reshipping costs (if the item is to be resent)
We advise ensuring your contact details and delivery address are accurate at checkout.
