1. Use of the website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you are under 18, you should use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Product information & availability

All products are subject to availability. We aim to keep product information, pricing and stock status current, but availability can change and products may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods may include EFT and payment options processed through PeachPayments, including credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Mobicred, Payflex and ZeroPay where enabled. Cash on Delivery may be available in selected Durban areas by prior arrangement.

Orders are processed once the required payment has cleared or the relevant payment provider has confirmed the transaction.

4. Order processing & delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Our overall delivery target is 1–4 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

Free delivery applies to orders over R1,000. Orders below R1,000 carry a flat delivery fee of R139.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where cancellation is still operationally possible. Depending on the payment method used, a processing deduction of up to 1% may apply where Amrotech has incurred a non-refundable payment-processing cost. Any such deduction will be communicated clearly.

6. Returns & refunds

Change-of-mind returns for non-defective products are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the product being unused, complete, in its original packaging and returned with all accessories, manuals, cables and included items.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return courier costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method.

7. Defective products & warranty

Please notify us as soon as possible after discovering a defect. Depending on the product, warranty terms and applicable law, Amrotech may assist with repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Products damaged through misuse, neglect, unauthorised repair, physical damage, liquid damage or use outside the applicable warranty terms may not qualify for a free remedy.

Amrotech may refer a customer to an authorised service centre or assist with the warranty process. Assessments and repairs may take approximately 2–3 weeks depending on the product, supplier or authorised service centre.

8. Bulk & business orders

Bulk purchases, special orders or business-to-business purchases may be subject to separately agreed terms and may not qualify for change-of-mind returns unless agreed in writing. This does not remove rights that may apply to defective, incorrectly supplied or transit-damaged goods.

9. Liability & statutory rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law. To the extent permitted by law, Amrotech is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably attributable to a breach by Amrotech.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, operational practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and should be read together with applicable legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
